Returns & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Strike the Box Pipes & Cigars, we take pride in offering premium cigars, quality pipe tobacco, pipes, and smoking accessories from respected manufacturers. We want every customer to shop with confidence, and we're committed to providing fair, transparent policies regarding returns and exchanges.

Because many of our products are consumable or age-restricted, certain items cannot legally or safely be returned once they leave our store.

Tobacco Product Sales Are Final

For the health and safety of our customers, all sales of cigars, pipe tobacco, rolling tobacco, loose tobacco products, and other consumable tobacco items are final.

Once a tobacco product has been purchased and leaves our retail location, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy helps protect product integrity while complying with industry best practices and applicable regulations.

Products Eligible for Exchange

  • Non-consumable merchandise may be eligible for exchange when:

    • The item was purchased in new, unused condition.

    • The item remains in its original packaging when applicable.

    • The exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase.

    • Proof of purchase is provided.

    Eligible merchandise may include:

Defective Merchandise

If a purchased accessory is found to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, defective products will be exchanged for the same item.

Incorrect Purchases
